When exhibiting at the High Point Market, you have the option of either a permanent showroom or temporary exhibit space.
Temporary Exhibitors
We offer unique, upscale exhibit space that provides the ability to create a custom showroom-like atmosphere without a long-term lease. For those companies that would prefer to commit to a shorter term, this is the perfect solution. We have made participating even easier with an all-inclusive, turn-key package that includes:
- All drayage costs
- Exterior hard walls if desired
- Electrical outlets and electrical service
- Track lighting (4 spots per 10x10 booth area)
- Polished concrete floors within booth
- New, neutral aisle carpet
- Free wireless Internet access
- Non-union facility
- Product storage between markets
- Access to both between markets
We offer temporary exhibit space in Suites at Market Square and Plaza Suites.

Permanent Showrooms
If you require a large amount of space or would like to have a space to use between markets, permanent space would be the best choice. By committing to a longer term lease, you can keep your rate lower, have a place to bring customers between markets, sell to designers year-round, and have adequate time to re-design your showroom and change out products between markets.
Our six buildings in the heart of the High Point Market offer permanent showroom options, Market Square, Hamilton Market, Plaza Suites, Furniture Plaza, National Furniture Mart, and 300 S. Main. Depending on your product offering, we can find the perfect location to attract the buyers you need to see.
